Job Description / Responsibility

• Update information regarding company transports, dumpers etc;
• Tracking transports and communicating with the drivers;
• Ensure in time attendance of drivers and helpers in the plant as per schedule
• Ensure that vehicles are leaving factory premises as per schedule without any technical difficulties;
• Response to any departmental mobile call and solve problems of drivers/helpers during delivery discussing with concerned marketing officers;
• Maintain daily information database related to transport and delivery;
• Prepare documents related to delivery of the company products to the customer as per DO.
• Ensure in time delivery of product as per DO
• Any other tasks time to time assigned by the line Manager.

Educational Requirements

Graduate from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)

Job Requirements

• Age At most 30 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Reporting to: deputy General Manager (Admin)- Plant.
• Purpose of the position is to help the Deputy General Manager (Administration) in all aspects of Transport Management.
