Job Description / Responsibility

• Collecting raw sales and dispatch data from the field by Regional Manager & Territory Manager
• Preparing informative structured data format from raw data to process sales and dispatch related report in daily basis
• Collecting competitor information and compile it as per Management requirements
• Analyzing structured data to prepare graphical presentation, growth analysis, promotional offers, competitors data analysis report for the top Management
• Preparing weekly, monthly half yearly and yearly database to circulate informative and structured reports
• Following up the region as per given report to the field to evaluate feedbacks
• Coordinating with every department (E. g. – Logistic, Accounts, SPD, Service, Production, HRD) to prepare maximum accuracy of provided report and follow up
• Any task assigned by the Management

Educational Requirements

Graduation / Post Graduation in MIS from reputed Public / Private academic institutions

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Research Design/Analysis, Survey Design/Planning, Report Writing, Data Analysis

Job Requirements

• Able to demonstrate a practical approach to problem solving
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Proven ability to produce accurate work under pressure
• Capability to work in team
• This role also demands a high degree of autonomous working, attention to detail and the ability to think ‘outside the box’ to solve MI problems at short notice
