Job Context

The role is primarily responsible to ensure General Ledger Maintenance, Data Analysis on cash clearing process, control over re-issued cheque or EFT payment and timely delivery of regulatory and tax reports.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Maintain a system of control over cash clearing process
• Ensure General Ledger maintenancePrepare Regulatory Reporting as per requirement of Insurance Development & Regulatory Authority (IDRA), Bangladesh Bank, Registrar of Joint Stock Companies (RJSC) and other regulatory bodies
• Maintain a system of control over re-issued cheque or return of electronic fund transfer payments
• Ensure proper accounting in local and GAAP ledgers
• Prepare corporate tax report and handle litigation process

Educational Requirements

• MBA in accounting/finance from any reputed university
• Applicant with partial qualification in Chartered Accountancy will get preference

• Ability to work independently with full responsibility
• In-depth knowledge in VAT & TAX Act, Insurance & other relevant Laws
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Good command in MS excel, power point and related analytical tools
