We are inviting application from Bangladeshi Nationals for the position of Human Capital & Development Coordinator in the Human Capital & Development Department. The candidate must fulfill the following criteria to qualify for the position:

Responsibility:
Human Capital & Development Coordinator shall be the responsible for assisting the overall HR Operations of the Human Capital & Development Department of the Hotel. The incumbent has to perform the following duties but not limited to, as follows:
- Assist in day to day Recruitment process and related operational activities of the Human Capital & Development Operations.
- Monitor timekeeping activities aligned with the Department Coordinators and keeping necessary documentations for future reference.
- Analyze, manage and review attendance of the associates and provide necessary feedback as and when required basis.
- Play an active role in times of Casual Staffs Salary preparation and necessary documentations at the time of recruitment.
- Monitor and review Over Time (OT) schedules of the departments and prepare necessary arrangements of payments.
- Maintain proper Leave Management System and provide time to time analytics regarding Leave Consumption.
- Prepare and circulate annual leave plan and holiday schedules in line with the Government declared holiday calendar.
- Assist Department Heads for the selection of Nominee of the Month/Best Associate of the Month on monthly basis and proper management of the process.
- Assist to monitor and ensure proper management of Annual Games & Sports and Annual Associates Family Gathering as well as other functions arranged by Human Capital & Development Department.
- Any other lawful assignment given by the Department Head as and when requirement basis.
Job Requirements:
- Must have MBA in Human Resource Management along with BBA from any reputed Public/Private University.
- Minimum 2 (two) years of working experience in the Human Resources Department of any multinational or reputed national organization.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) will get preference.
- Maximum 30 (Thirty) years of age as of Last date of submitting the application.
- Ability to perform policies and procedures relevant to Human Capital & Development Department.
Other Requirements:
- Presentable personality, well groomed, courteous and excellent inter-personal relationship skills.
- Commendable documented communications proficiency both in spoken & written English and Bangla.
- Must have MS Excel Expertise along with MS Office package and Internet Browsing.
- Strong Leadership skills & administrative capabilities required to run the operations smoothly.
- Should have a “Can Do Attitude”.
- Ready to work extra hours irrespective of Duty schedule based on emergency situations.

Executive Chef

Responsibility:
Executive Chef shall be the sole responsible for the overall operations of the F&B-Kitchen Department as well as lead the Kitchen Team of the Hotel. The incumbent has to perform the following duties but not limited to, as follows:
- Manage & monitor activities of all Supervisors & Associates in the F&B-Kitchen Department such as standard of service excellence, policies & procedures, training and correcting where needed.
- Should have vast experience in International Cuisine and preparation of food particularly Bangladeshi, American, Arabian, Chinese, European, Indian and Continental Dishes.
- Well experienced in developing menu for Restaurants, Banquets and Private Dining for International and Local guests.
- Leadership Quality, Self Confident, Decision Making, capability to supervise all kitchen Supervisors and ensure excellence in food preparation.
- Thorough knowledge about Food Safety, Health Hygiene, Cleanliness and well acquainted with kitchen equipment and to maintain these according to International Standards.
- Ability to maintain proper food and store room inventory, Cost Control, Food Costing, Menu Costing etc.
- To maintain close liaison with Catering Team for efficient handling of the Banquet events.
- Assist the Director of Food & Beverage to control costs by minimizing spoilage, utilizing food surpluses and portion controls.
- Help Director Food & Beverage to direct, control and coordinate activities of all Chefs and kitchen helpers, engaged them in preparing and cooking food, to ensure an efficient, profitable and smooth food service at all times.
- Develop attractive menus and creates standard recipe cards with pictures according to the Food & Beverage policy.
- Make sure that all machines, furniture (Fridges, Benches etc), equipment and utensils are clean and in working condition at all times. Check all areas assigned to him/her in regards to sanitation and hygiene contamination of any kind. Maintain rules & regulations of fire safety at work place.
- Plan and implement effective skills and communication training programs in conjunction with the Manager Learning & Development and Departmental Designated Trainers (DTs) and motivate all associates through professionalism, organizational skills and team spirit to perform their duties.
- Must have the personality and administrative capability to run the most creative & lucrative department of the Hotel.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum HSC/Diploma from any food engineering institution. Graduation from a reputed Hospitality Institution will get preference.
- Maximum 50 (Fifty) years of age as of last date of submitting the application.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Kitchen Section with at least 5 years as Sous Chef/Senior Chef in a leading 5 Star Hotel. Overseas experience holders will get preference.
- Age & Experience limit may be relaxed for extraordinary candidates as per the discretion of the Management.
- Experience on Menu preparation, Food recipe preparation & Cooking etc.
- Experience with an International Food Safety Standard e.g. HACCP, GFSI.
- Should possess strong networking capability, entertaining clients, ability to plan ahead and ready to work under pressure.
- Ability to implement and maintain F&B-Kitchen and other relevant policy.
Other Requirements:
- Presentable personality, well groomed, courteous and excellent inter-personal relationship skills.
- Strong Succession Planning skills as well as developing the Talents.
- Commendable documented communications proficiency both in spoken & written English and Bangla.
- Other language proficiency will be counted as an added advantage.
- Familiar with MS Office package and Internet Browsing.
- Strong Leadership skills & administrative capabilities required to run the Kitchen activities smoothly.
- Should have a “Can Do Attitude”.
