Job Description / Responsibility

Capacity to achieve sales and realization targets as per planning and contribute to the profitability of business through maximization of realization ensuring customer satisfaction through commercial and technical initiatives.

Capable to Identify and develop new customers to increase sales with new product development strategy.

Develop creative sales technique and tracts to meet business goals. Analyze the competitors’ market data and submit reports to Management.

Prepare long, mid and short-term International market development plan as per company objective. Motivate and guide sales team/marketing team to achieve revenue target.

Monitor and ensure sales collection to keep debtors outstanding within target limit.

To ensure customer satisfaction through technical, marketing and commercial support with faster response to customer queries.

Ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning. Any other job assign by Management.

As achieve sales target growth per business plan.
