Job Description / Responsibility

• Handling end to end walk-in retail (showroom) clients.
• Achieving target.
• Maintaining proper merchandising of the showroom.
• Assist the clients in the process of product selection to take the clients’ orders and to sell the available products.
• Increasing sales & building relationship with customers.
• Making sure that the products are delivered as programmed.
• Assist developing retail data file and follow up.
• Handling customer complaints and ensure proper service.
• Preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
• Play role to add value of the brand.
• Participating various events & fairs when needed.
• Flexible for extended working hours.

Educational Requirements

• BBA (Marketing) from a reputed local or foreign institute.
• MBA will have the added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Sales, Business Development, Customer Support/Client Service, Market Research

Job Requirements

• Age 23 to 30 year(s)
• Must be target oriented.
• Highly motivated and self driven in accepting new challenges.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
• Must be fluent in both English and Bangla.
