• GRM is a market and social survey research agency in Bangladesh. The company is looking for female Executive, Business Development &Market Research.
• Job Location : Dhaka (Mirpur-01)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Market development with local (private/public), multinational & international Clients
• Frequently Visit Clients for relation development, understanding client`s needs/requirements, prepare & submit proposal/reports as per job requirements
• Prepare complete research proposal as per RFQ/EOI/RFP in the field of market research
• Explore website and newspapers for bidding, participating in tender regularly
• Assist Client service in client management and identify possible scopes of business development from the current concerns
• Work and coordinate with field team to enable the best outcome
• Communicate with diversified professionals, develop resource pool and maintain liaison with them
• Optimize company resource utilization and work independently

Educational Requirements

Minimum Business Graduate in any discipline of Marketing/Market Research from any of these institutes: Dhaka University, Jahangirnagar University, BRAC University, EWU, AIUB and NSU (E)

• 23 to 30 year(s)
• Ability to prepare and present project proposal/plan (E)
• Excellent skills in computer operation including word processing (English & Bangla), Excel, and Power Point and internet. (E)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both Bengali & English. (E)
• Experience of freelance work with research agency during graduation (D)
• Readiness to travel frequently (D)
