Calex BD International Ltd , the rising and promising company based on international level. We are looking for some energetic and interpersonal skilled to promote and sell toiletries and cosmetics prodcuts in whole Bangladesh under Sales & Marketing Department. Post :  Sales Manager (SM) Vacancy :  04 Job Description / Responsibility: Post Sales Services, Dealers Networking, New dealers opening, etc Branding & promoting of consumer products. Customer Services, Complaint's handling. To visit different clients to introduce company services and features. Developing the marketing strategy and plan. Prepare sales report by daily, weekly, monthly and yearly and updates to Respective Sales management. Supervise daily sales activities of large sales units at field level. Meet or exceed the sales target by monthly, half yearly and yearly. Ability to make sales forcastes, sales analysis & most importantly having the desire to meet organiztional sales goals. Manage all Market Research, Advertising and Promotion, New Product Development and activities. Job Nature :  Full Time. Eligibility Criteria : Graduate /Bachelor /Masters (any discipline)  from any reputed University. No 3rd Class /Division is acceptable. Age limit -35 years. Minimum 2(two) years working experience in sales is preffered. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Job Requirements: Having sound health & good appearance Ability to work under stress and pressure. Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities. Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team environment Good negotiating and interpersonal skills. Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines. Ability to work under pressure. Computer literacy and well-developed English communication skills will an added advantage. Energetic, Confident and Proactive.
