Associate Relationship Manager/ Relationship Manager, Cash Management & Custodial Services

Employment Type:  Full Time Employment                       Job Location: Dhaka

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve liability business targets

Procure & maintain liability business for the bank by:

Identifying business opportunity and cross selling

Working as team towards business goal

Identify market potential and utilizing the opportunity by selling new products

Internal/external regulatory requirement fulfillment

Risk mitigation through compliance

Maintaining fruitful relationship with customer

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration/Banking and Finance/Marketing/Management preferably from a reputed university

Minimum 3/5 years’ experience in relevant area with knowledge of local corporate markets and legal requirements

Strong organizational and management skills

Strong English communication skills (oral and written)

Thorough knowledge of MS Office package

Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment

Ability to work under stress

Senior Relationship Manager, Cash Management & Custodial Services

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve liability business targets

Procure & maintain liability business for the bank, balancing risk and reward of each piece of business

Independently identifying business opportunity from the perspective of cost benefit analysis

Formation and leading the team towards business goal from ahead by using available resources

Cross selling by booking corporate asset businesses

Identify market potential and utilizing the opportunity by introducing new products successfully by providing end to end solution to customers

Risk mitigation

Maintaining fruitful relationship with customers to retain the market leadership in related segment

Building good rapport with concern regulatory authorities i.e. Bangladesh Bank etc.

Establish and maintain relationship with market sponsors

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration/Banking and Finance/ Marketing/ Management preferably from a reputed university

Minimum 6/7 years’ experience in relevant area with knowledge of local corporate markets and legal requirements

Strong organizational and management skills

Strong English communication skills (oral and written)

Thorough knowledge of MS Office package

Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment]
