Job Description / Responsibility
  • Monitoring Daily Visit plan of the field forces.
  • Checking Daily Field force Attendance.
  • Monitoring Daily reporting of sales Collection results of the sales team.
  • Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
  • Analysis the Achievement report and it’s deviation for further action plan.
  • Collect visiting report and make an analysis.
  • Analysis the Daily conversation report of the Field forces.

Masters in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration
Experience Requirements
  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Business Development, Market Research
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Cement Industry, Automobile, Electric Wire/Cable, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Market Research Firms
Job Requirements
  • Age 30 to 45 year(s)
  • Only males are allowed to apply.
  • Only males are allowed to apply.
  • 5 to 8 year (s) for Assistant Manager, Sales Admin.
  • Practical experience in same industry (Home Appliances / Electronics Business) or FMCG and distribution business will get preference
  • Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a Member of Sales Operation Team
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required
  • Excellent skill on MS-Excel, MS-Office & MS-Power Point
  • Ability to report on market progress and individual distributor’s performance
