Post Name : Asst. Manager/ Sr. Officer/Officer – Technical Support (Marketing & Sales)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Asst. Manager/ Sr. Officer will act as a team leader while officers will be team members with following major responsibilities
• Build rapport with both Govt. and private engineers and promote GPH Ispat
• Organize different engineers’ meet, home owners’ meet, contractors’ meet, masons’ meet and sponsored programs in coordination with Sales and Marketing/ Brand team; provide technical presentation and answer to stakeholders’ queries
• Develop Engineers, homeowners, key contractors and other influencers’ or opinion leaders’ database and coordinate relationship management with all influencer groups
• Address responses including customer complaints and practically exhibit right approaches or techniques of rebar usage
• Provide technical support to site engineers, contractors, homeowners and sales team
• Continuously update the management regarding new developments, industry trend, competitors’ development initiatives, new projects etc
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Production and Q. C regarding product related issues
• Any other tasks as and when required by the management

Educational Requirements

• B. Sc. in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering.

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 5 year(s)

• Age At most 32 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.

• Must have experience in technical support role of any reputed MS Rod manufacturer
• Candidates must mention two well known persons’ reference in the CV.
